Lovely vintage black 1950s crinoline petticoat with a beige tulle inner layer. Pretty lace trim. Label reads: none but you can see where one was cut out. Elastic waist.
Near mint vintage condition.

Waist: 22" at rest up to 38" fully stretched
Hips: 36"
Waist to bottom hem: 27"
