Vintage 80s does 40s knee length shirt dress with a fitted waist and pleating at the shoulders and skirt. It wraps in the front and closes with a two sets of buttons and a hook & eye. The fabric is blue but under light it almost appears to have a purple iridescent hue.

Condition: Very good, with light pilling to the front of the waist, a 1/4" dark blue spot on the top/back of the collar, a thin run on the lower back, some extremely faint fading in a line down the back of the skirt (barely noticeable), and there are belt loops but no belt. There is elastic at the inside back of the waist, which isn't visible when worn, but it doesn't seem to need to be there and could be removed with a seam ripper if desired.
